Spiritual Direction.
Lauren and Oliver have both been trained as spiritual directors in the Ignatian tradition by the Jesuit Community of Loyola University Chicago. We are available to provide spiritual direction to those looking for monthly meetings, as well as to those wanting to make the Spiritual Exercises.
Monthly Spiritual Direction.
Many people find it helpful to meet with a spiritual director monthly to deepen their prayer life, grow closer to God, and find their spiritual grounding.
Spiritual direction appointments typically range between $50-75/session, but if cost is a barrier, these rates are negotiable.
Weekly Direction for the
Spiritual Exercises.
Those participating in the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises meet for spiritual direction weekly, typically over the course of 30 weeks.
Direction packages are available for those who want to make the 19th Annotation. If you are interested, please inquire about rates.

What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is at the heart of the Ignatian tradition. God created us for community, and our spiritual growth is best facilitated in relationship in the company of other Christians. Spiritual directors—or spiritual companions, as they are sometimes called—are trained guides who have learned to listen and discern how God is moving in your life. We believe that meeting regularly with a spiritual director - once a month or, for some, more often - is an invaluable way to grow in your faith and stay spiritually grounded.
